Our Arm Roast is a very lean and boneless piece of beef that comes from the foreshank of the leg. Due to this leanness, it is great for many flavorful recipes and is particularly well-suited for oven roasts. Our arm roast offers the most tender and flavorful of butcher's cuts. This roast walks the line between a flank & skirt with perfectly marbled meat that will melt in your mouth.
