We do our best at Stuart Ranch Meat Company to live up to our high standard of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns. Thank you for understanding.
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using ice packs in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's not cold at the time of delivery, please contact us.
*** Please note that we can only ship 10 pounds of ground beef per box due to shipping restrictions. If you’d like to order more than 10 pounds, you will need to make a 2nd or 3rd order. There is no limit for local pickup ***
We ship frozen product on Monday's - if your order is placed after 8 am CST on Monday, your order will go out the following Monday! Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
