How long does shipping typically take?
We ship our products every Monday morning, and it will take 1-2 business days to make it to your door. Any order placed after 8 am CST on Mondays will be shipped the following week.
How do you package frozen beef orders?
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using ice packs in an insulated package to ensure that your Stuart Ranch Beef arrives cold and safe for consumption.. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's not cold at the time of delivery, please contact us.
Does someone have to be home to receive my order?
If ordering frozen beef, we advise someone to be home or to ship to a location where someone can bring it safely out of the elements because it is a perishable product.
Can I use a P.O. box as my delivery address?
We can only ship our dry products to P.O. boxes.
Where is the meat processed?
Stuart Ranch beef is processed at a local state-inspected facility. You can rest easy knowing that providing you with quality and care is our priority from start to finish.
