Stuart Ranch 85/15 lean ground beef is sourced from premium cuts - we only set aside the ribeye and tenderloins. Grinding the remaining meat creates a deliciously lean beef product that will keep your family happy and healthy. Packages are wrapped individually in 2-lb quantities.
